Well, dear readers, I had big plans for this holiday season.
I was going to show you how to make a fun and easy gingerbread house. I was going to post about some awesome seasonal science experiments. I was going to share some adorable kid-made ornaments and beautiful Christmas themed school work. I was even going to do a small tutorial on how I made our new light table and some ways we play with it.
I’m tired. Can you blame me?
Raising kids is hard. Like seriously, why didn’t anyone tell me this before I had them? Not that I would have chosen a different path or anything.
I may be exhausted but I’m also pretty content in the life I lead.
So I’m going to be taking a little break from posting. A week or two at most.
I’ll be back in January, if not a little sooner.
But before I go, I thought I’d share with you my favorite moments from 2013.
It was a heck of a year. We managed to round out our first semester of homeschooling right on track. Our house was messy almost constantly. We even added a new member to the family, Speedy the tortoise.
Here they are in no particular order, my 13 favorite posts from 2013:
Thank you all so much for reading, following, sharing, pinning, etc..
I hope you have a wonderful winter break, if you celebrate Christmas then Merry Christmas. I’ll see you all in the new year!
