If you couldn’t tell, Star Wars is one of my main fandoms. (As evidenced here, here, and here.) But something you probably didn’t know about me is that I also love handprint art. I’ve been on a quest to find ways to combine these two loves. I’ve managed to come up with a few characters, so far handprint Yoda has been my favorite.
Here’s the how to. You’ll need green, white, brown, and black paint. Paint one of your hands and press it to the page, make sure you have your thumb pointed towards were Yoda’s toes would be (down). Then wash your hand and paint the other hand green, press it down pointing the opposite direction, with thumb still down, like so.
You should wind up with something like this. Note the two thumbs both pointing down, those are Yoda’s neck and shoulders.
Then add some details like white eyes and brown Jedi robes.
Finish it off with black pupils, mouth, and lines on his robes. Viola! Done.
